Exchange or return within 14 days
- You can exchange or return any full-price piece within 14 days of delivery.
- The piece must be in the same condition you received it: not worn, not washed, no perfume or stains, with its tags and original packaging.
- Message us on WhatsApp at 01094887566 with your order number and we will arrange the exchange or return.
- For an exchange you can choose another size, colour or piece; any price difference is paid or refunded.
Offers
- Pieces bought at a discounted price (offers and the end of season sale) can't be exchanged or returned, so please check your order with the courier before you pay.
Shipping fees
- If the piece has a defect or we sent the wrong one, we pay the shipping both ways.
- Otherwise the customer pays the shipping for the exchange or return, and the original shipping fee is not refunded.
Refunds
- Once the piece reaches us and we check it is as delivered, we refund you by mobile wallet or InstaPay within 7 business days.
