Check before you pay

• You can open your order and check every piece with the courier before you pay.
• If a piece is wrong or has a defect, refuse it with the courier, or message us on WhatsApp at 01094887566 right away.

Exchange or return within 14 days

• You can exchange or return any full-price piece within 14 days of delivery.
• The piece must be in the same condition you received it: not worn, not washed, no perfume or stains, with its tags and original packaging.
• Message us on WhatsApp at 01094887566 with your order number and we will arrange the exchange or return.
• For an exchange you can choose another size, colour or piece; any price difference is paid or refunded.

Offers

• Pieces bought at a discounted price (offers and the end of season sale) can't be exchanged or returned, so please check your order with the courier before you pay.

Shipping fees

• If the piece has a defect or we sent the wrong one, we pay the shipping both ways.
• Otherwise the customer pays the shipping for the exchange or return, and the original shipping fee is not refunded.

Refunds

• Once the piece reaches us and we check it is as delivered, we refund you by mobile wallet or InstaPay within 7 business days.

Order confirmation

• We confirm every order with you by WhatsApp or a call before we ship it.
